A small Italian dining room in Princeton.
Fifteen years on Witherspoon.
The name carries two meanings. Mezzaluna is the half-moon, and the curved, two-handled Italian knife used to mince herbs and slice pizza. We chose not to choose. The kitchen leans north: risotto, branzino, ossobuco, pappardelle. The room holds twelve tables and a mural that looks, depending on the light, like either.
A Taste of Italy.
